Payment Terms
Payment in full is required before work commences. Fees will be charged before kick-off, and payment must be completed to initiate services.
Confidentiality
We treat all personal and business information shared with us as confidential. That includes your business goals, personal story, or any content you provide. This information will only be used for the purpose of delivering your LinkedIn package.
Information Security
Only those directly involved in delivering your service will have access to your materials. If there's ever a data concern or breach, we’ll inform you immediately and work to resolve it.
Timely Communication
To stay on track, we ask that you reply to requests (ex., providing assets or approving drafts) within three business days. Delays may impact delivery timelines.
Content Approval
You’ll receive your profile or post drafts to review and one round of edits is included. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed.
Profile Access
If we are uploading content or updating your LinkedIn on your behalf, you may grant us temporary access. Once the project is complete, access will be removed.
Indemnity
You agree not to use any of the delivered work in misleading or unlawful ways, and you release designACE from liability related to your use of the profile or content after handoff.
Governing Law
This project will be governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
